Stoked! The Valley & Morphettville
On Saturday, we will saddle up Red Hot Nicc and Twin Perfection in the final event at The Valley.
While both gallopers haven’t figured prominently in recent starts, we are confident in improved performances, with Red Hot Nicc boasting a superb record at The Valley having finished either first or second in four of his five starts at the track.
He will need to overcome barrier 14 but has the speed to cross and offset the draw without much issue.
Twin Perfection is another that can bounce back to form after striking a bottomless Morphettville track last time out. We are hoping Lachy Neindorf can position him just in behind the speed from barrier 10.
Special Dancer and Brave Star will represent the stable at Morphettville on Saturday and both looked to be well placed.
The Regal Bloodstock-owned Brave Star will be out to go one better than last start and maps to get a good run from barrier 4 with Jacob Opperman aboard.
Fulmen Park’s Special Dancer, who produced a strong second at Geelong last start has settled in well at our Morphettville base and can make her presence felt in the eighth event over 1200m.
We will also take two runners to Mildura on Saturday with Sectors (Race 1) and Annanda (Race 2) out to break their maiden statuses.
