Meet our new edition to the stable who Phillip Stokes and Wylie Dalziel were excited to secure at last week's Adelaide Magic Millions yearling sales and will be aimed for the early 2yo races. She looks a 2yo type with scope to go on and was a great type which is why we really liked her.
This filly's sire Best of Bordeaux was a very high-class racehorse. He is the son of the proven champion sire Snitzel. He was a fast 2yo winning the G3 Canonbury Stakes, G2 Silver slipper and was runner up in the G1 Golden Slipper. He has won $1.47m in Stakes earnings and he was crowned the highest rating 2yo of his generation with 3 wins and 2 seconds from only 8 starts.
The mare The Amazing Thalia is a daughter of another good 2yo and champion sprinter in Europe Equiano. The pedigree is strong enough and has produced some very fast horses including De Sonic Boom and Lavarrod.
She will be paid up for the lucrative Magic Millions full Australia wide race series and the SA Rewards bonus racing series and is Vobis paid up and qualified for Victorian racing.
